The Guest: No.13 The Beauty Avenue | Sydney, Australia

The Reservation: Brand Refresh, Website Design, Booking System + eCommerce Integrations, Logo Design, 10 Week Social Content Calendar.

With a brief to curate a complete Brand Refresh for this gorgeous Sydney-based Beauty Therapy clinic, we focussed on an elevated aesthetic and ‘Quiet Luxury’ feel across their platforms and collateral.

We curated a complete Website Design with Booking System Integrations and eCommerce Add-On for physical product sales, along with a new Logo Design and a 10 Week Content Calendar for an elevated Social Media presence and Brand Identity. This comprehensive approach was strategically placed to achieve consistency across No.13's platforms for a visible, strong, recognisable brand.

With over ten years of experience collaborating with organisations all over the world, we specialise in boutique Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality and Travel communications, and we've always been a little different. Long time no post 😳🤭

We’ve been a little quiet lately, working behind the scenes on some huge projects, developing super handy internal tools and systems for our clients, as well as curating a new website and a pretty exciting rebrand of our very own - launching VERY soon!

Let’s address the elephant in the room, being inactive on social media as a business in this day and age: a terrible idea. Do as we say, not as we do! Okay, maybe ‘terrible’ is a little dramatic, but we all know it’s not the best way to maintain a connection with your audience or foster an active and engaged community.

But do you know what? You can always come back. It doesn’t have to be a big announcement, you don’t have to build up your ‘return to social media’ into more than it needs to be, you can just pick up where you left off.

Sometimes you simply need to take a breather, pause, evaluate if your brand truly aligns with your goals and values, and pivot. Whether that’s with a refreshed social media presence, a brand new website or a different communication strategy altogether! (Pssst: If you’re ready for a brand refresh of your own, you know who to call *wink wink nudge nudge*)

So here it is, this is us picking up where we left things a few months ago. We’re back, bigger and better than ever, and we CAN’T WAIT to share all the exciting things we’ve been working on.
