Wow, where has the time gone?

Val was just 9 years old when he joined the Synergy family, and now he’s 15. It has been an absolute privilege to watch him grow into the confident, talented young man he is today.

One of our true OGs, Val has always been incredibly loyal and supportive of Synergy, and we are so grateful for the trust he and his family have placed in us over the years.

Now, he’s even taking charge of his own bookings and opportunities, which is so wonderful to see. Watching young talent grow in confidence and independence is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
