On Saturday, we celebrated 10 years of Lee Civil and the opening of our new Yatala yard! 🎉

It was a brilliant day spent with our crew, their families, friends and valued associates. After all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes and out on site, it was great to let loose, enjoy the party and have some fun together.

🚧 A look back at a recent Gold Coast project 🚧

Delivering critical infrastructure takes more than machinery—it takes experience, planning and precision.

Across this project, Lee Civil delivered:

• Large-diameter water and sewer pipelines ranging from 560mm to 1200mm
• Protection works, including the exposure and concrete encasement of SEQ water mains
• HDD installations and deep trench support systems
• Works through challenging ground conditions, from wet, soft soils to rock strengths of up to 200MPa

This is the kind of project that requires experience, technical capability and a team that knows how to manage risk while continuing to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

Lee Civil is proud to deliver complex pipeline infrastructure that helps keep communities connected.

The crew recently carried out a trench rescue training exercise on site 🚧

They did their best to keep a straight face for the photos 😂 with a special mention to Dan, who volunteered for the all-important role on the stretcher.

All jokes aside, these drills are carried out to make sure everyone understands the correct rescue procedures, knows their role in an emergency and can respond quickly, safely and confidently if a real incident occurs.

Regular training also helps improve communication across the crew and reinforces that safety is everyone’s responsibility on site, every day.
