Todays 🔥 HOT TIP 🔥 from the studio bus 🚌 for everyone mixing at home!

Though it’s tempting, you DON’T need to spend a crap load on plugins to get a great sounding mix!

The stock plugins that come with most DAW’s these days are incredible and if you can use these to hone and improve your skills then you’ll become a much better engineer in the long run.

Master EQ, Compression and Panning and you’ll be on your way to a great mix without spending a cent!

It’s not about WHAT you use, but HOW you use it 😉

Posted • .music It's Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week and as part of honoring this incredibly important topic and those affected, I've released a collection of songs on the banjo called "the m word", which is about my journey with postpartum depression.

This project began over 2 years ago as a way to work through the darkness of experiencing PPD. I never planned to share any of it but I thought if these songs could help someone else feel a little less alone, it’s worth putting the most vulnerable and personal side of me out there.

This music is available for free but any sales from this project will be donated to 2020 Mom, a nonprofit dedicated to improving maternal mental health care.

Massive thank you to for having us be involved in the final part of the Space Girls Lift Off program and recording demo tracks with all the young people involved and giving them their first studio experience!
We had a fabulous week and are stoked that we got to use our gear and skills to encourage others in the community to continue to grow and create! 🙌🎶
