Our stop at Evandale Park pontoon has been disrupted due to the Green Bridge building work. The pontoon is open but the Marine Notice work area (marked by yellow buoys) prevents us from acessing the open public pontoon.

While we are still operating, we are making use of the disrupted time by trialing our expanded operations which will start soon.

If your timing is good, you can come on a trial run if we are doing one ( just ask our captain) when you see us.

You can still catch us at Capri on Via Roma and at Appell Park (Surfers Paradise).

On Monday we had the Arcare group onboard for the first time.

With Commander Chris (RAN retired) at the front and this wonderfully cheeky bunch on board. The trip was enjoyed by all.

We are told the oldest person onboard was 98 years old (turning 99 next week) and we noted she told us the naughtiest joke!

A most inspiring group of wonderful people.

Great to have Arcare onboard, and we look forward to them all coming back.

When Gold Coast City Ferries welcomed the Seniors newspaper onboard it was perfect timing with Doris Bergin along for ride on the ferry 'Doris'. Captain Wayne Summerhayes and Captain Paul Mathews reported that: "We actually had grandmother & granddaughter with names containing Doris both on board the ferry Doris!!" The four energetic exploring ladies had a great time and we look forward to having them onboard again.
