Stop scrolling. Yes, you!

You’ve got more power in your hands, more than you realise! 🎤 💥

That phone in your hand isn’t just a time killer,it’s your chance.
Your shot at building a life that actually works for you, not the endless grind or someone else’s rules.

Still stuck?

Let’s be honest and cut the bullsh*t:

That’s on you babe.

Not life.
Not the kids.
Not the bills.

You.

Because showing up every single day is harder than scrolling, bingeing, or blaming your circumstances — and you’re choosing comfort over growth.

Big weekends, “we deserve this” spending sprees, ignoring your goals until Monday… that’s your life slipping by.
And yet, somehow, you act surprised nothing’s changing. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Meanwhile, the people who actually move forward?

They start messy. Tired. Unsure. They figure it out while life is chaotic. They don’t wait for perfect. They decide.

Everything you’ve done, survived, learned — the late nights, the chaos, the random skills — it’s all fuel.

Fuel to build freedom. To create options. To stop worrying about money, time, and missing out.

Here’s THAT unpopular opinion:

No one is coming to fix your life.
No one.
Stop whining.
Back yourself when it’s hard.

Start now.

Or keep scrolling. Your call.

Let this sink in for a second… 🤔

You’re still requesting permission to take time off so you can go on a boys trip, a girls trip, or finally take that family holiday everyone’s been talking about for the last 3 years.

You finally get the time approved… pack the bags… first couple of days are unreal.

Then it creeps in.

“Wonder how many emails I’ve got waiting…”
“Bet something’s blown up at work.”
“Monday is going to be brutal.”

And suddenly the last day of your holiday feels like the Sunday scaries on steroids.

Because deep down you know the calls, the emails, the “quick question” messages…
they’re all still sitting there waiting for you the second you get back.

Here’s the funny part…

Most people don’t actually need another holiday.

They just want a life they don’t feel the need to escape from every few months.

That doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens when you decide to change direction and actually back yourself for once.

And yeah… it takes a bit of guts.

But I promise you this — the people living life on their terms didn’t get there by waiting for their annual leave to be approved.

If this hit a little too close to home… drop a 🔥 in the comments or send this to the mate who always says “one day things will change.”

Because maybe today’s the day you stop saying it and start doing something about it.

It’s only March, but this year has already been teaching me some powerful lessons.

1. Choose yourself more often. You don’t have to please everyone to be worthy.

2. Find joy in the little things — the quiet mornings, the small wins, the moments that remind you you’re alive.

3. Be gentle with yourself. Rest and reflection aren’t signs of falling behind; they’re part of growing.

4. Don’t live with regrets. Every step, even the messy ones, is shaping who you’re becoming.

5. And remember: some people are lessons, not losses.

The biggest realization so far???

Your mindset and your consistency are your greatest cheerleaders.

They’re what help you build a life that feels true to you, on your own terms.

If this year has been teaching you something too, take it as a sign to keep going, keep growing, and keep choosing yourself.

What’s one lesson 2026 has already taught you?

If you’re in the trades and life feels like a loop

wWake up, hit snooze, rush to work, commute, grind your body down, repeat!

Pause for a second.

Somewhere along the way, “getting ahead” turned into just surviving the week.

The hardest truth isn’t the early mornings or the sore back… it’s realizing a year has passed and you’re standing in the exact same place, telling yourself that next year will somehow be different.

Nothing changes unless you decide it does.

Invest in your skills, your health, your mindset, and the opportunities that move you forward instead of just wearing you out.

Your trade should build your future, not slowly break you.

The real move is stepping out of the cycle and taking ownership of where your life is headed—starting today.

Stop waiting. Start building. 🔨

Having the withdrawal after our first women’s event inside the online community, and honestly the energy is still unreal. 🔥

What stood out most wasn’t just the momentum — it was the decision every woman there made.

A decision to stand up.
A decision to back herself.
A decision to stand beside other women who refuse to play small.

The level of women supporting women was incredible. No competition. No comparison. Just a collective rise.

Every woman in that room chose to challenge the traditional path we’ve been told is the only option. They chose to raise their standards, think bigger, and step into something that gives them freedom, choice, and ownership over their future.

This is what happens when women stop waiting for permission and start building together.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, wondering if you’re capable of more — this is your reminder that you absolutely are.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need the courage to take the first step.

✨ The door is open.
✨ The community is growing.
✨ And there has never been a better time to back yourself.

If you’re ready to step into a community of women who are rewriting the rules, send me a message and let’s start the conversation. Your future self will thank you for it.

🔥 HER EMPIRE 🔥

was something special.

A space filled with women who are done playing small. 🤏🏼

A space with no judgement, no fear — just real conversations, raw truth, and honest connection.✨

Friday afternoon was powerful.

Four incredible women sat on the panel and opened up during an intimate Q&A. 🗣️

They didn’t just share their wins — they shared the messy middle, the lessons, the growth.
The parts we don’t always see.
It was a reminder that strength isn’t about perfection; it’s about courage.

And when one woman speaks her truth, it gives every other woman in the room permission to rise too.

For women who are building careers, relationships, businesses, families — or simply rebuilding themselves — this kind of community changes everything.

Being surrounded by like-minded women who genuinely want to see each other win is powerful. 💪🏼

There’s something transformative about women empowering women, walking the same path, and choosing to uplift rather than compete.

Last day of the retreat was incredible!

9D breathwork session with Hope Cartel was next level. It connected so many of us in a way that’s hard to put into words.

It wasn’t just breathwork — it was release.

Gratitude.

Letting go of what no longer serves you so you can finally fill your own cup.

It was about reconnecting with your inner self and remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

This weekend wasn’t just a retreat.

It was a reset.

A reminder that you are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to grow.

You are allowed to be powerful and soft at the same time.

And most importantly — you don’t have to do it alone.

The last few weeks have been beautifully chaotic — the kind where your calendar is full, your heart is fuller, and your immune system is slightly confused. We’ve had back-to-back bugs making their rounds (because of course), while also celebrating some incredible milestones with our son. Watching his neurodiversity unfold and learning how to shape our lives in a way that truly supports him has been equal parts grounding, eye-opening, and deeply meaningful. We’re not just parenting — we’re building a way of life that fits him, and that feels pretty special.

In the middle of it all, we packed our bags and travelled as a family to my best friend’s wedding. What an absolute privilege it was to stand there and watch her walk down the aisle toward the man of her dreams, the love of her life — tissues were definitely required. It turned into a sweet little mini-holiday for us too, full of family time, love, and a brief pause from the everyday juggle.

Then it was back to school routines, packed lunches, and real life. But somewhere in between the chaos and the commitments, we carved out a moment just for us — time to reconnect, realign with our deeper “why,” and find clarity amongst the noise.

Because here’s the thing: it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to take a breath. Life doesn’t fall apart if you step back for a moment. In fact, sometimes that’s exactly what keeps everything moving forward.

Rest if you need to. Reconnect if you must. Just don’t stop moving. 💛
