23/12/2025
With 2025 reflection at the forefront of most of our minds, it really does surface so many different things for me.
2025 has undoubtedly been one of the most rewarding, life changing and expansive years for me. Not in all the ways I would have liked, but more so in ways I didn’t realise I needed.
It’s easy to throw around terms like growth, personal development, mindset etc but when you actually look back, what have you done that’s genuinely changed you from this time last year?
For me, it’s finding my self worth. My confidence. My strength. My resilience.
My ability to put myself first and know exactly who I am, what I stand for, and what I will and won’t tolerate.
I no longer feel like a shell. I feel proud to be me.
You might just see a blonde girl with nice photos, but there’s a lot more behind that.
I am smart, driven, ambitious, and so much more.
(Although, sometimes questionable 😅, still confident enough to know I truely hold these traits).
Words I would feel weird or uneasy speaking aloud in the past.
So, I know some of us (me) are guilty to say “202_ is my year”.
But moving into the new year feels more like a continuation than a reset. My drive is already here. My strength is already here.
I don’t need to claim the new year, I’ve already got this in the baggg 🐍 🐎
