Today, Hardshell Publishing is celebrating its 15th birthday 🥳.

Thank you to all the wonderful authors who dare to have faith in themselves, by deep-diving into their creativity and returning to the surface with special stories and wisdom to share with the world. 🙏

The past six months have been busy and I forget to post a lot of the time, as I am focussed on creating books. Yet, just like my authors who often get nervous about celebrating their books and launching, we must all celebrate our wins.

When I assist people in publishing books, I’m often seeking the story behind the story. This is where we find the essence and inspiration to reveal and publish our life stories, and our secrets.

At the book launch of A Compost of Secrets, I knew I had to meet the 94-year-old wise woman who inspired this book.

This is what she imparted to me – a little story behind the story:

We all have hidden things away inside of ourselves.
We do this because we are afraid to confront them.
When we are ready we can look at these pieces, and bring them to light.
It’s the only way to bring peace to our hearts and minds.
