📌 Cancellation Policy Reminder
As many of you know, I’m currently navigating my IVF journey, which means my appointment availability is more limited than usual and I’m taking extra time off for medical appointments. Because of this, it’s really important that my cancellation policy is respected.
When someone doesn’t show up or cancels last-minute, it not only impacts my small business, but it also means another client missed the opportunity to have their hair done and it results in lost time and income that I can’t recover.
I don’t like having to introduce deposits, but during this time with IVF, I will need to enforce them for late cancellations, no-shows, or for securing future bookings. This helps protect my schedule and ensures fairness for everyone.
My cancellation policy exists to support both my clients and my business. Please remember to give at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment.
