A bit of a spoiler alert for tonight's upcoming Wildcard

We are very saddened with the news of Jennifer Finch, bassist for rock band L7, who has passed away aged 59.

L7 were a massive band from the 1990's till now with tunes Andres, Freak Magnet and of course the 92 single Pretend We're Dead off their 3rd record Bricks Are Heavy and this week our Wildcard will feature a tribute to L7 with a special 90s twin shot.

Plus we will be featuring the best new tracks from both local and international artists.

Oh nooooo, last night our Wildcard featured LA indie rockers Silversun Pickups ahead of their Ozi tour this month.

Turns out we stuffed up and got the date completely wrong announcing the Sydney gig to be next Wednesday 🤪

It's actually Wednesday July 29th at The Sydney Enmore along with special guests Coast Arcade

Tomorrow night our Wildcard feature takes us back 20 years to revisit the debut album from a great LA alternative rock band, originally known as "A Couple of Couples" their name later deriving from a liquor store located across from their regular gig venue "Silverlake Lounge", and who have also recently hit our shores embarking on a bit of an Ozi tour.
