One Nation has warned that Australia's security risk is in extreme danger because of radial Islam. And now the situation is at super critical stage. Police have detained seven men in western Sydney following dramatic vehicle stops, over concerns a violent act may have been imminent. NSW Police have confirmed the men are suspected of holding an extremist Islamic ideology.
According to NSW Deputy Police Commissioner David Hudson, there is believed to be “commonality in thinking” between these men and the attackers involved in the Bondi massacre. Two of the men were already known to ASIO, with one under active investigation.
Police say Bondi Beach was one of several locations the group was believed to be considering, though no specific plan has yet been identified. A knife was found in one of the vehicles.
Because the threat was assessed as serious and time critical. Tactical police rammed one vehicle and deployed rubber bullets during the arrests. A Commonwealth detention warrant was sought to allow extended questioning.
This is exactly why One Nation has been warning Australians for years. When people are already known to ASIO, hold extremist views, and are talking about potential violence, authorities must act early. Political correctness cannot come before public safety.
