I haven’t been very active here for a few days.🫣

I was finishing an important project that grew out of more than twenty years of caring for my daughter.

The working title is Lex Pitter, inspired by the Czech humanitarian Přemysl Pitter (1895–1976), who devoted his life to helping children and families in difficult situations.

The idea is simple:
families who care long-term for children with severe disabilities often carry a large part of the care system, yet the system itself rarely works with their real experience.

Today I had a meeting with the chairman of NRZP about this proposal.

I don’t know where it will lead yet, but I left with a good feeling.
Sometimes it is enough that someone listens.

Sigi was there quietly observing, as usual.

Sometimes even small conversations can be the beginning of something meaningful.❤️

Prague just after sunrise is a very quiet place.
For a moment the city slows down.

People stop, cameras appear, and the light begins to touch the old stones of the bridge.

Sometimes you simply stand there and watch the morning arrive.

This morning Sigi had the best seat — in the hand of Petr Smeral.
