Can I share something that might sting a little?
Your website might be the reason you're not getting more clients.
Not because it's ugly (though that doesn't help), but because of something much more fundamental:
Your website is talking about YOU instead of solving THEIR problems.
I see this constantly:
• "We are a family-owned business with 20 years of experience..."
• "Our mission is to provide excellent service..."
• "We pride ourselves on quality and reliability..."
Meanwhile, your potential client is thinking:
• "Can you solve my specific problem?"
• "How much will it cost?"
• "How do I know you're the right choice?"
Be honest - does your website homepage start with "We" or "Our"? Or does it immediately address what your customer is worried about?
What's the first thing visitors see when they land on your website?
