💧 This changed the way I think about water, business, and health — all in one go.

I never thought a decision could impact so many areas of my life at once… but here we are.

Honestly, I’m so glad I said YES to this journey with Enagic.

We shouldn’t have to wait to live the life we want… 💫

What would your life look like if it was created around choice and not expectation?

When you create your life around choice, you get to choose where your time goes. It’s like creating your own real lifeschedule and not just fitting things in around work, family and appointments.

So how can this become part of your new reality?

I haven’t done this walk since we lost our dog last year. It felt wrong to go on my own.

But turns out, just doing the hard thing actually isn’t so bad after all. I felt sad and a tad lonely (I missed being pulled around 😂)… but I felt relief and a sense of accomplishment afterwards.

You just need to take action for things to change.

I’m grateful this walk will hold such special memories and I’m excited for starting to feel more confident again to prioritise my fitness and health.
