✨ Branding for Brand New Renovation Company SKY Property Solutions done! I have decided to go for a pale sage green as the colour green represents Hope, and hope that the new business venture goes well is all we can hope for! 😄

Green also represents growth, life, renewal and harmony perfect words for house flippers.

The word Sky in hand written font to represent a little bit of informality from the owners -a personal touch-, followed by a slim, elegant font spaced strategically for a modern, sleek look.

The image of a nice house tells the story of what this company is about, while the name of the company was inspired by the phrase: "The Sky's the limit!" after going through hard times. The chosen slogan/tagline is an elegant, classy way of saying: "We put lipstick on pigs" 😜 which doesn't sound very classy at all!

Third variant of the logo in neutral colours, because I love neutrals and reflect the colours that work well when doing home renovations as well as in capsule wardrobes 😊.

✨ "Begin with the end in mind" ✨ from the book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". Every successful project starts with a clear vision of what you'd like to achieve, and Moodboards remind me of this principle. They help us see digitally an idea in our mind.
For this project I wanted to bring light and a touch of glamour into into a dark, outdated gloomy kitchen. I achieved this by choosing white glossy cabinets. I didn't want a clinical feel, so I added warm tones of Taupe to walls and tiles, and brass gold handles and tap. The wooden floorboards in a light colour were also picked strategically to have a modern look without it feeling too cold or industrial.

🎨 Colour Palettes can be applied to so much more than just Graphic Design, Branding and Websites! I love to experiment with colour palettes and colour schemes when styling my wardrobe and in my humble Blue Mountains little home (that I styled and renovated myself with the help of my husband).
To mimic the colours of autumn, I styled our bedroom using an analogous colour scheme (3 colours that share the same base colour and sit next to each other in the colour wheel) in secondary colours, to create a harmonious and balanced autumn look 🍁🍂🎋.
If you need ideas when styling or renovating your home, and colour schemes are not your forte, you've come to the right page! Post a photo of the space you'd like to change with a word or 2 describing what you'd like; light, warm, summery, autumn, dark, bright, country colours, French Provincial, industrial, etc... and I can do a visual for you just like I've done below.
PS: Yes, I like to change the colour of our bed linen and cushions to reflect the different seasons ☺️. Some of these French linen bedding and velvet cushions I bought from La Bella Casa Interiors in Leura, Blue Mountains. Beautiful stuff! Check them out.
