This is why I love what I do and am excited about coming to work โค๏ธ
How often have you finished the kidsโ leftovers so they โdonโt go to wasteโ? Or eaten the last of the ice cream just to get it out of the house before starting a new diet?

The truth? When you eat food your body doesnโt need, it still goes to wasteโฆ just inside you.
