Radio Italiana 531 is owned and operated by members & volunteers of the South Australian Italian community and enjoys the active support of a large number of sponsors together with over 400 members, Clubs and Associations. Our listeners are loyal and passionate and come mostly from the almost 100,000 South Australians of Italian heritage. Radio Italiana 531 covers metropolitan and most regional ar

eas of South Australia via the 531am signal, and there is an ever growing audience via our digital platforms such as our app, online streaming via our website and TuneIn. Radio Italiana 531 prides itself on its volunteers, announcers, quality of production and variety of music. This mix of expertise reflects in the most professional manner, delivering the needs and wants of our diverse listening audience and ultimately promoting our language, culture and traditions. We have a strong and loyal base of over 100 volunteers, ranging from announcers, console operators, administrative staff as well as a Management Committee and other sub-committees. All decisions regarding the long term vision, sustainability and future of the Station are made by its members via an elected Management Committee. Radio Italiana 531 employs several key staff, including a General and Sales Manager, Production Manager, Accounts and Administration Officer.

Last week in the studio 🎙️✨

Guests included Tony Colella (President, Anzano Club), Rosa Anastasi (Booking Manager) and George Belperio OAM.

The discussion covered proposed changes to capital gains tax and negative gearing, as well as the recent celebrations of the Madonna of Anzano. Tony and Rosa reflected on the club’s successful monthly lunches and more than 50 years of community service and activities.

The Anzano Club also invited the community to attend its upcoming 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner at the Wine Centre. Bookings are essential, with limited places still available.
