So, what IS going on?

We have had a lot of people contacting us about plans for 2023, after suggesting that we were going to once again do somthing. Rachel Edwards has agreed to come back and edit whatever we do next, Tadhg Muller has yet to be located, so we will carry on regardless. We are also pleased to announce that Keith Barton from Penguin Tasmania, a young poet, destined to be the Poet Laurette(at least of Penguin if not Oz) will be helping to pull everything together. The exact format of our next project is up for discussion, but more news to follow. Stay tuned for updates from Keith.

The hiatus is over.

Our first collection in an age, packed full of filthy microfiction and gnarly short stories, will be printed in 2023. We will be accepting submissions from May, including illustrations and graphics (illustrated) stories.

We are also super excited to announce that we will be setting UP LOSER HOUSE IMPRINTS in the last quarter of 2023, with the aim of publishing two books in 2024.

Would you like to be involved in colonising Mars? or at least the colonising Mars collection of stories and artwork. The specific format of this project is currently under consideration. But if you are interested in being involved, contributing, travelling into outer space. Producing artwork for the spacesuits, painting the rocket etc please let us know, by messaging us! You can also contact Tadhg Muller who is currently developing the gravity training system. This will be a voluntary project. Are you good on the web, with a screwdriver, navigating communication, or with a compass?

IN 2020 TRANSPORTATION WILL LAUNCHING A NEW PROJECT. WE ARE AIMING TO BE THE FIRST LITERARY RAG (ENDING THE HIATUS) THAT HAS A COLONY, AND A BIANNUAL PUBLICATION, IN MARS. ITS GOING TO INVOLVE A LOT OF WORK, AND A LOT OF ORGANISATION. BUT ITS PRETTY COOL, PUBLISHING WORK IN OUTERSPACE, AND BEING THE FIRST PEOPLE ON MARS, IN 2020.
