Three podcast guest interviews in one day. That's a new record for me.

I started bright and early with Mike Allton for Agorapulse's new podcast, The AI Social Playbook. Then I recorded two more with Kristy-Lee Billett and Matt Heighway for the Australian Small Business Show. Not that you'd know they were recorded on the same day, thanks to our sneaky shirt changes. Woops. I may have just destroyed the podcast illusion we worked so hard to create.

I followed these interviews with a 2 hour AI coaching session with one of the marketing teams I am working with.

That's a lot of talking about AI and marketing for one day, but it's what makes me happy, so I'm not complaining.

Marietta has been in the fitness industry for nearly forty years.

She came to the AI MegaClass last Thursday. By this morning, four days later, she had an AI assistant called Newton scanning her industry news, spotting a story about a council outsourcing eight aquatic centres, and writing it up in her voice for Facebook, Instagram, email and YouTube.

Six and a half hours, and I'm sitting here knackered and quietly delighted.

Watching the confidence build as the day went on was the best part of it. People using Claude to build out content hubs in Notion, then getting them loaded full of content written by the team of 30 skills I shared with them on the day, in their own voice.

Loads of minds being blown, but more important, action being taken.

In the last half hour I asked everyone where they'd got to, and the answers were all over the place. That's the bit I liked. One person finished with seventeen pieces logged. Another had two posts scheduled and nine more in progress. Someone else had a single piece sitting in Notion and a clear way forward.

Every one of those is a good answer.

Some of them have next week's content already done. All of them have something that means the week after gets done in a fraction of the time, now they've put the hours into learning it and setting it up.

Plenty of people have quietly decided they're just not the sort who posts regularly. Not organised enough. Not disciplined enough. Always meaning to, never quite getting there.

Fair enough. It's a Thursday. You've got clients, and the work doesn't stop because I've scheduled something.

So here's what I'd do in your position. Buy the ticket anyway.

The recording lands within 24 hours, and it's yours to keep, with ongoing access. You can work through it on a Sunday morning, or across two evenings, or in bits while the washing's going round. A fair few people prefer it that way because you can pause and actually do each step rather than keeping pace with me.

That's most of what's out there, and it's why so many people finish a training with a folder of notes and nothing actually running.

On Thursday, you get the finished skills instead. More than thirty of them, already built and tested, doing the work.

They turn what you already know into posts that sound like you. They find the questions your audience is asking. They push anything you approve straight out to your scheduler. One of them builds the whole system inside your Notion for you, whether or not you've ever used Notion.

When I started promoting this training, I thought I'd be handing over about twenty skills. I clocked past thirty this morning, and I'm still going.

This is my actual content calendar. Not a mockup, not a demo, not a tidied-up version for the internet.

Every row is a post that a skill drafted, using my own material, in my voice.

The Status column is where I come in. I read each one, change the odd word, and mark it "Approved". Anything sitting on Approved gets pushed out to my scheduler without me touching it again.

You'll spot a couple still sitting in Draft. That's me not liking the angle and sending them back. Happens most weeks, and it's the bit I actually want you to see because handing your content to AI only works if you're still willing to say no to it.

It's three moving parts. Your expertise in one place, skills that turn it into posts, and a path out to your scheduler. Built once, then it runs every week.

If your version of that is currently a note on your phone and a vague sense of guilt, Thursday is for you. I'll walk you through building the lot, live, in a day. You leave with it working, not with a notebook full of things to set up later.
