Two days until the AI MegaClass: Build Your AI Workforcein a Day, and there are two thoughts I know talk people out of joining. Both sound sensible. Both usually cost more than they save.

"I'll just catch the next one."

I don't rerun my AI MegaClasses. This live build happens once. You'll be able to buy the replay afterwards, but it'll cost more than the ticket does today. And the next one won't be this one. The tools will have moved on, and my teaching evolves with the people in the room, so each round goes a little further than the last. The longer you leave it, the more advanced the next intake is, and the easier it is to feel too far behind to step in. The people seeing results right now aren't more technical than you. They simply didn't wait.

"I could figure this out myself."

You probably could, eventually. That's the expensive part. Teaching yourself means piecing it together from scattered videos and half-finished tutorials, in whatever spare time you can find, and that spare time rarely shows up. "I'll do it myself" quietly turns into "I'll do it later," and the work stays on your plate.

What you're really buying with a ticket is my time, so you don't have to spend yours. Every week I put somewhere between 10 and 30 hours into learning and testing these tools, then turn all of it into training that strips out the trial and error and tells you exactly what to do. Plus a stack of ready-made skills that bake in 15 years of marketing and business operations know-how, not just the tech.

AI helps you save time. What I do as your guide is help you save learning time.

Two days out. The price goes up after Friday, and spots are limited. If you've been waiting for the right moment, this is it.

"I'd love to come, but I can't make it live."

I hear this every single time I run an AI MegaClass, so let me put your mind at rest, because sitting out the live day is not the same as missing out.

Honestly? For a lot of people, the recording is the better way to do this.

When you're live, you're keeping pace with the room. When you've got the recording, you set the pace. You block the time that actually suits you, pause whenever you need to, rewind the bit you want to get right, and put each step into your own business as you go, instead of scrambling to keep up.

And you get it fast. The full recording lands within 24 hours (most likely Friday evening), with lifetime replay. It's yours to keep and work through whenever suits you.

The one thing a recording can't give you on its own is me, live, answering your questions. So here's how I'd close that gap.

When you register, you'll be offered an optional add-on called the Momentum Bundle. Take it, and you're in the Success Sprint inside the Academy on Tuesday 23 June, 9:30am to 2:30pm, where you can bring your questions and get help from me in real time while you build. You'll also have the Academy's private Facebook group to ask questions any time, with a reply within one business day.

So if you can't make Friday, the ideal run looks like this:

1. Sign up to the AI MegaClass today.
2. Grab the replay on Friday night.
3. Work through it across the weekend, at your own pace.
4. Bring whatever's tripping you up to the Success Sprint on Tuesday, and leave with it working.

That's not a watered-down version of the day. In some ways it's a better one. You get the full teaching, the time to actually apply it, and live help right when you hit the questions that matter.

One thing to know: the price goes up after Friday. So even if you already know you'll be watching the replay, register before the 19th. You'll pay less, and you'll have it ready whenever you are.

"I'd been putting this off for six months."

That's what Matt said to me before we sat down together. It was his inbox, the thing quietly eating his week.

Thirty minutes in, he had his first skill built in Claude Cowork, filtering his email and handing him a task list of what actually needed his attention. A six-month block, gone in an afternoon.

In his words:

"I spent an hour with Loren and in that time she showed me what Claude Cowork was, how to use it, and how I can implement it in my business. 30 minutes later, I had my first skill set up, filtering my email and giving me a task list of urgent requests. I'd been putting this off for 6 months, and she helped me get over that block in less than 2 hours." ~ Matt Hughes, King of Video

That's the whole point of the AI MegaClass: Build Your AI Workforce in a Day this Friday. Not understanding AI a little better. Actually walking away with the thing built and running.

By the end of the day, you'll be able to:
⭐️ Set up Claude Cowork and find your way around it
⭐️ Connect it to the tools you already use, like Gmail and Slack
⭐️ Delegate real, multistep tasks and have them done start to finish
⭐️ Build your own Skills that train Claude to work exactly your way
⭐️ Set tasks to run on a schedule, so the repetitive work happens without you driving it

All while staying in control. Nothing goes out without your yes.

And one more because it genuinely made my week:

"Loren, you've completely ruined me for working any other way, and I mean that with the highest possible enthusiasm. Your workshops have been an absolute game changer. I'm out of the weeds, thinking more creatively, and loving every minute of how I work now. So awesome to tap into your superpowers, learn to work with Claude, and still sound completely, unmistakably like myself." ~ Jackie Campbell, Arca Morai

If you've got your own version of Matt's inbox, something you've been putting off for months, Friday's the day we sort it.

The price goes up after the event and spots are limited. Link's in the comments.

Earlier this week, I nearly deleted a Notion page my students are actively using. A week out from my next AI MegaClass.

Here's how it almost happened.

My Notion workspace had become a bit of a sprawl. Skills in one database, custom GPTs in another, shared tools in a third, plus a couple of public-facing pages. So I sat down with Claude Cowork to consolidate the lot into one master registry.

On my cleanup list, written weeks ago BY ME, was a note: "delete duplicate MegaClass page." I blindly copied that into the instructions without any further context.

Claude didn't just start deleting. It audited everything first. And its very first finding back to me was this: that "duplicate" isn't a duplicate. It's the live December MegaClass page. Students are using it right now. Don't delete it.

Oof.

It even suggested I update my cleanup note from "delete" to "review carefully." Which is the politest possible way of saying "your to-do list nearly took out a page full of content for paying students."

But this kind of feedback goes both ways. Later in that same session, I caught a gap in Claude's plan. It was going to quarantine my public databases but not copy their contents into the master record, so I pulled it up and we fixed it together.

So in one working session, my AI caught my mistake and I caught its blind spot.
That's the part of working with AI that often gets overlooked. Everyone frames "human in the loop" as the human nobly catching the robot's errors. Some days it's the other way around. The to-do list I wrote weeks ago was the stale, dangerous instruction, and the AI was the one that said hang on, let's check first.

Good partnerships check each other's work. Turns out that applies to this one too.

It's Saturday evening and here's how my day went.

Parkrun this morning to celebrate my 350th event milestone. Breaky with an awesome group of friends. A much deserved nap to try to shake off my cold. Then I went out to watch a movie with my hubby as part of his birthday weekend celebrations. It was Disclosure Day, in case you’re wondering. And don’t bother. Terrible movie. But that’s not the point.

Not once did I open my laptop.

Meanwhile, my AI Dream Team was quietly working away in the background. Wrapping up the week that was. Reviewing what content performed. Pulling together my numbers. Prepping my briefing for the week ahead. By the time I sit down on Monday morning, the groundwork's already done.

That's not magic. It's scheduled tasks. And it's something any business owner can set up.

So let me ask you this… What would YOU love to have done for you over the weekend while you're out living your best life?

Because that's the real question. Not "what can AI do?" but "what's eating my Saturday, Sunday night and my Monday morning that I'd happily never do again?"

If you run a service-based business, here are a few that deliver serious bang for your buck:

1. A weekly wrap-up. Your numbers from email, social and your website, pulled into one plain-English summary. No dashboards, no headache.
2. Inbox triage. Weekend emails sorted and summarised, with draft replies ready for anything that needs a response.
3. An industry scan. What did the key voices in your space publish this week? Your AI hands you a summary with talking points ready for Monday's content.
4. A repurposing run. Your best-performing post from the week, redrafted for your other platforms and waiting for your review.
5. A week-ahead briefing. Your Monday calendar, outstanding tasks and anything that needs prep, summarised and ready before your first coffee.

One thing I'll lovingly warn you about: scheduled AI tasks should produce drafts and documents for YOUR review. They shouldn't send, publish or spend on your behalf. AI is the amplifier. You're still the human in charge.

So, what would you hand over first? Tell me in the comments.

Claude Cowork gave me a perfectly sensible recommendation this week. I said no.

We're mid-launch, and the plan had quietly spread itself across three places: a planning doc, a spreadsheet, and our conversations. Classic. So I asked a simple question: where should all of this live, so both of us can work on it?

Before answering, Claude Cowork did something I want you to notice. It stopped and checked what it could actually do in my tools first. Its exact words: "Let me check whether I have edit access, so I give you accurate advice rather than promising something I can't deliver."

It came back and admitted it could read my spreadsheet but couldn't write to it. No bluffing, no pretending. Then it suggested moving the day-to-day plan into my Asana, project management tool, which it can edit.

Sensible. Logical. And wrong for me.

Because I don't need another tool in the content creation part of my launch workflow. I need fewer. So I pushed back... One place for all the content and its status, or it's not happening (said politely, of course). We landed on a single shared Notion database instead. My AI writes the drafts straight into it, I edit them and flip the status when they're published. One home. Both of us working in it.

The takeaway from this? Claude Cowork knew its own capabilities. I knew my workflow and what I'd actually stick to during this launch. Neither of us could've designed the system alone.

That's what human-led, AI-powered looks like in practice. Not handing over the decisions. Not ignoring the advice, either. A proper working relationship where it's allowed to recommend, and I'm allowed to say "nope, try again".

The best system isn't the cleverest one. It's the one you'll still be using when things get busy.

P.S. If your AI has never told you what it can't do, that's a conversation worth having.

Today I delivered the live Knowledge Core Quick Start session as part of the AI MegaClass - Build Your AI Workforce, and the room was buzzing.

We spent an hour on the foundations that make Claude actually sound like you: your positioning, your voice, your personal and brand DNA, your ideal client, your stories. The building blocks that turn generic AI output into something that sounds like you wrote it. And I handed over the team of AI assistants that help build each piece for you.

Funny thing about that team. When I promoted this MegaClass, I said you'd get a minimum of 12 ready-to-use skills. Today alone I gave away 4 skills and 14 GPTs and Gems, several of those as skills too. At this rate, you'll walk away with more than 20. For what this training costs, that's a little bit nuts, in the very best way.

But today was just the foundations.

The real build, your own AI workforce running inside Claude Cowork, taking the repetitive content and admin off your plate while you stay in control, is what we're doing on Friday 19 June.

And it's not a fixed script. I'm taking what people asked for today, and the answers rolling in from the pre-event survey, and feeding them straight into what I teach on the day. You only get a say in that if you're already in the room.

Can't make it live? You don't have to. The whole day is recorded and shared immediately with everyone who has a ticket, just like today was.

If you're already signed up, your Quick Start replay is live now. Do yourself a favour and watch it tonight, you'll walk in ready.

Not in yet? The price goes up after the event and spots are limited, so now's the time. Jump in, watch the replay tonight, and let's build your AI workforce together.

Everyone's talking about Claude Cowork. Almost no one's showing you how to actually use it. And nobody's going the extra step to help you get it set up.

You've probably heard the name by now. Cowork is the part of Claude that doesn't just chat with you, it does the work. The content, the admin, the follow-ups, all the repetitive bits that eat your week, with you approving everything that goes out. It's where Claude stops being a chat window and becomes a genuine team member, while you stay in control of the quality.

And that's the gap. You've got the hang of chatting with AI, but knowing Cowork exists and knowing how to actually use it are two very different things. It's the step most people haven't taken, and it's the one that finally gives you your time back.

If you've been wanting to get into Cowork but didn't know where to start, this is for you.

That's exactly what The AI MegaClass: Build Your AI Workforce is for. It's a hands-on, full-day live training where we set it up together. I'll walk you through every step, so you're never left stuck on the tech or puzzling over confusing connections. We'll connect the tools you already use every day, install a ready-made Skill Squad, and get your repetitive tasks running on a schedule, all while you stay in control of every yes.

You'll go from "I've heard of Cowork" to a working system running inside your business, set up properly and getting the most out of everything Claude can do.

Friday 19 June. Live online, recording included.

Come and learn it properly, get it set up, and finally start reaping the rewards.

I've quietly built loads of Skills for my business over the past few months, and honestly, they've changed the way I work.

One writes my emails in my voice. One turns a single blog post into a week's worth of social content. One drafts my ad copy from a quick brief. I'm not re-explaining myself to AI over and over anymore. I ask, and the job gets done, to my standard, in a fraction of the time it used to take me.

But here's what I've noticed. Every time I mention Skills, I get the same reply: "Loren... what actually is a skill?"

It's a fair question. And it's a big part of why so many brilliant business owners are still doing everything the hard way. You can't make the most of a tool you don't understand yet.

So I've written a proper plain-English guide. No jargon, no tech headache. Just what Skills are, why they're worth your time, and how they can become some of the most reliable team members you'll ever "hire". I've popped the link to read the blog in the comments.

And if you'd like to learn how to build these for yourself, this is exactly what I'm teaching, hands-on, in my next AI Marketing MegaClass on 19 June. I'll walk you through building your own Skills step by step, so your AI starts handling the repetitive work, and you get your time back.

Comment below if this interests you and I'll send you the details.

So many people keep asking me what a markdown file is, and what the benefits are when you're working with AI, that I decided to write a blog post on the exact topic. Mostly so I didn't have to keep repeating myself, and could send them the link instead.

So here it is, in case you've ever wanted the answer to that question.

It's a tech-jargon free guide to what markdown files are, why AI tools prefer them, and the other benefits (and drawbacks) of using them.

Whether you're building Custom GPTs, setting up Claude Projects, or simply trying to get better results from AI, this one's worth a read. Link in comments.
