75 Years of Macquarie Community College
"For seventy-five years, Macquarie Community College has been committed to shaping stronger communities through learning and connection.
Today, Macquarie Community College is Western Sydney’s leading not-for-proft provider of community-based education and training.
At its inception, the facility was known as Eastwood Evening College. Since those first days, the College has expanded and has dedicated campuses in Blacktown, Carlingford, Chatswood, Epping, Mount Druitt, Ryde, and an additional Mount Druitt location set to launch this month. From 63 programs in the 1950s, the College has hundreds now, driven by the need for employment-ready graduates to fill critical skills gaps."
