We proudly provided a complete production solution to John X Presents for their production at Hobart’s Theatre Royal. We provided extensive Sound and Lighting systems, as well as the performer flying system.

The lighting supply was headlined by our brand new Avolites D7-215 Console, driving 97 Moving lights and a multitude of LED fixtures.

Great to help out providing our lighting again for the Old Nick Hobart Theatre Summer School production.

Tonight is opening night of Shakespeare in the Gardens for 2026 - ‘Much Ado About Nothing’, produced by John X Presents.

Lighting and Audio is once again designed and operated by Max Watson. We utilised a large array of our outdoor lighting fixtures mounted on 5 truss towers amongst the foliage, fixtures included Fusion Pars and Washes and Punchlites controlled by an Avolites Titan Mobile. Audio includes a number of shotgun microphones and a 1 large condenser to provide gentle natural reinforcement, playback to multiple locations mixed via a Midas MR18.

Shakespeare in the Gardens runs to the 6th of February.

We very proudly once again provided full concert production for Variety Carols by Candlelight and the new ‘Kids Carols’, produced by John X Presents.

The Glenorchy City Brass Band provided the backing for the Kids Carols, with Matthew Ives and his Big Band providing backing for Carols by Candlelight.

We provided audio, lighting, video for screen and live-streaming.

Thanks to Jettech Networks for supporting the event with a great reliable wireless internet connection to get us online for the stream.

Also thanks to our amazing crew who make events like this possible ☺️

Great to be back for another year supporting Variety the Children's Charity TAS Christmas Carols at Tolosa Street. Announced today a new 'Kids Carols' on the Friday night followed by the regular carols on the Saturday Evening which always sells out very quickly!
