Producing an event the size of Brassall Christmas in the Park each year requires many hours of hard work from a dedicated team of people and organisations. Over the coming days and weeks, we will be acknowledging the people and organisations that make such vital contributions so you can enjoy this free community event year after year.

Today we would like to acknowledge and pay special tribute to our amazing Event Partner CPC Production Services. Without their support for well over 25 years we simply would not be able to put on this event. We are so blessed to have the company that is widely regarded as the best in the business based right here in Ipswich. They are industry leaders when it comes to audio, lighting, video and broadcast, and no task is ever too much for them. Murray and his entire team at CPC provide us with world class technical production expertise year after year. We are very grateful for their heart for this community, and for their support of Brassall Christmas in the Park for well over 25 years.

You have the window seat, looking out into the clouds ☁️, excited to get your destination. Maybe you're on a holiday, or maybe your visiting family after time apart.

You hear the captain announce on the PA that we need to make an emergency landing- no context given.

You land at Gander International Airport, but you're not allowed to exit the plane, you are stuck in your seat, asking for answers and not getting any.

Finally after 28 hours, you're allowed to exit the plane, and that's when you find out what has happened. The World Trade Centre has been the target of a terrorist attack, you're watching accounts on the TV, you're phoning your family trying to check in, your desperate for answers.

How long are you going to be in Gander? Where are you going to sleep? What are you suppose to do?
