Mater Hospital Springfield’s new public stage is now open.

The new stage includes:
• 186 public beds
• Greater Springfield’s first public ED
• Public maternity
• ICU
• Paediatrics
• 6 operating theatres
• Around 185,000 patient visits a year
• Nearly 1,000 staff

The private hospital was already here. This is the new public hospital stage beside it.
