This’ll be great from our friends at Awe & Wonder

For the first (and last!) time ever, Awe & Wonder is bringing an OUTLET-STYLE STALL to ECA Melbourne! 🌈🧡

But what does “outlet-style” actually mean? 👇

Instead of bringing our usual full range of stock to the conference, we’re creating a special pop-up outlet featuring a huge mix of products at heavily reduced, conference-exclusive prices! 🔥

Think of it as a bargain section of Awe & Wonder brought to ECA — with lots of different products, one-off finds and special buys, all available to purchase straight from our stall while stock lasts.

You could find:
📚 Books
🧸 Plushies
🖐️ Puppets
🌱 Learning resources
🎐 Wind chimes
🧩 Educational & play items
…and SO much more!

There will be limited quantities of each item, so once something sells out, it may be gone for good! 👀

And don’t worry — we’re still Awe & Wonder! 🧡
If you’re looking for something from our usual range that we haven’t brought with us, you can still place an order at our stall and we can organise shipping for you.

These special outlet prices are ONLY available at ECA Melbourne and only while we’re at the conference. Once we pack up, they’re gone — and we won’t be doing this again!

📍 ECA Melbourne
📅 30 September – 3 October

🎟️ Make sure you get your tickets and come check it out!

Now that the secret is finally out… 👀
✨ MORE SNEAK PEEKS COMING SOON! ✨

It’s a beautiful day in Sydney for the Invigorate conference. All the speakers are Pademelon Press authors - Anthony Semann, Adam Christie Consulting , Kelly Goodsir and Tamara Holmes. It’s a good day to add to your professional library

Have you read Chapter 11 yet?

This chapter is a shared effort to consider conversations about Pedagogical Documentation through Aboriginal perspectives, foregrounding the centrality of culture and place in how we see, listen, document and make meaning.

Each centre Director first explored this way of working while completing their degree. Now, many years later, they return to the conversation, speaking from their place, their experiences and their ongoing learning.

A thoughtful chapter that invites us to consider how place, culture and perspective shape our pedagogical work.

Oh, Naarm (Melbourne), what a treat it has been to spend time with you!
Coffee, Semann & Slattery InspireX conference (I loved the beautiful inclusion of a “Poet in Residence”), Big Ted at the mic with Learn Play Thrive Australia, catching up with our fabulous authors Doug Fargher and Claire Helen Warden and talking all things Beyond the Gate.
I also loved visiting the Bubup Wilam children’s library and big thanks to Annette Sax for sending me there to check out the beautiful space they have created for children. I had a coffee date with Zerella and heard about the wonderful work of Bubup Wilam Aboriginal Child and Family Centre.
I also visited the Yarn Strong Sista shop and bought some lovely children’s books (they have a great range of multicultural resources) (I may also have fan girled when Terri Janke called into the shop at the same time! ).
Crossing the road a little later, I literally bumped into a fabulous book editor who I mentored in the early stages of her career. My heart is full.
I am so grateful that Pademelon Press has such meaningful relationships in the early childhood sector. Love you all ❤️

Thank you, Doug Fargher for these words and the pic.
