Happy sixth birthday to our sunshine boy 🌞

Gosh, I love being your Mum. You truly are one of a kind, our beautiful Reagan Vance. Thank you for filling our days with adventure, laughter and endless curiosity. From chasing sunsets and spotting wildlife to splashing in the ocean and exploring somewhere new, you’ve reminded us that the best memories aren’t found in one place.

Your kind heart, cheeky grin and gentle soul make every single day brighter. Watching you grow into the incredible little boy you are has been the greatest privilege.

Stay wild, keep exploring, never lose your love for ocean animals or your obsession with lasagna and always keep finding magic in the little things.

✨ ten years

Another year. Another chapter of us.

I look at our life, the one we’ve built, piece by piece and I feel so much pride. Not just in the places we’ve been or the things we’ve done, but in the way we’ve grown together. How we still choose each other, day after day. How we lift each other, even when we’re worn out. How chasing sunsets and exploring some of the most beautiful places has somehow made us feel even more connected. How we always find our way back to love, even through the chaos, the parenting, the dishes 🤪 and the adventures.

I love the way you love our kids. The way you look at me when you think I’m not watching. The way you make me feel chosen, seen and deeply loved 💛

Ten years later and there’s still no one else I’d rather do life with. No one else I’d want beside me in the messy, beautiful, ordinary everything.

June has absolutely flown by 🔆
Four weeks back in Shark Bay already 🌊

A little camera roll dump of afternoons on the water, time with our favourite people, Chris settling back into work, lots of doggie love 🐾, slow homeschooling days mixed with beach adventures and all the magical moments that have filled our days 🩵

People often assume full time travel means constantly chasing the next destination, but places like this remind us that sometimes it’s okay to stay a while ✨

Last year we watched the sun rise here and this year we came back for the sunset 🧡💛

WA weather kept us guessing with plenty of cloud coverage, but nothing could take away from the beauty of Charles Knife Canyon. What made it even more incredible was how quickly everything changed 🌅 Every single photo here was taken within about 15 minutes, yet the sky and lighting looked completely different in each one. Some bright, some moody, some soft and pastel. Nature really put on a show 🫶🏼

Of all the places we’ve explored, this remains one of the most memorable. Some views just never get old!

A day that will live rent free in our heads for the rest of our lives. 🪸🦈

It’s not often you get the chance to experience something truly life changing, but swimming alongside whale sharks was exactly that. With the kids happily hanging out with Nan and Pop, we took the opportunity to spoil ourselves with a day we’ll never forget. Watching these gentle giants glide effortlessly through the deep blue was humbling, emotional and completely surreal.

One of those moments that makes you stop and think, “Did that really just happen?” 🌊🥹 And if it’s even remotely possible for you to do it, book the tour! Don’t overthink it. Don’t wait for the perfect time.

It will be worth every single cent 🩵

🍂 Our second autumn spent on the Ningaloo. The adventures, the chaos & all the moments of cyclone season in between 🌀

Western Australia’s beauty never fails to amaze us. To think we arrived here last March and are still here, exploring up and down this incredible coastline, feels like a dream.

From reef days and red dirt adventures to slow home school mornings and unforgettable sunsets, we’re soaking up every moment of this wild and beautiful chapter.

Five Fingers Reef adventures with the travel fam 🤿🪸
Drift snorkelling across the coral formations, the most colourful fish everywhere you looked and turtles cruising through the reef 🐢 Finished the day with sandy feet and a beach BBQ, it doesn’t get much better than this!
