As anyone who has lived in or visited Ireland knows, July is the peak of the summer season. At this time of year, the island is blessed with long, sunny days, and the countryside is full of life and colour—a wonderful time to visit!

☘️Festivals Spotlight
Mark and Brenda will talk about the Salmon Festival in Ballina, County Mayo, as well as the newer Fairy Festival held at the beautiful Loughcrew Estate.

☘️ Finn McCool and the Salmon of Knowledge
Brenda will share the famous story of Finn McCool and his encounter with the Salmon of Knowledge—a story not to be missed!

☘️ Irish Recipe
Brenda will also share one of her favourite recipes—a delicious salmon dip, perfect with veggies or crackers.
