We've had a makeover 💁🏼‍♀️

New name, new look and new, redefined niche. I'm all for simplicity and things were getting a little crazy managing multiple accounts across multiple platforms. I want to show up as my best and shineyest self for you so I have decided to amalgamate everything in together so that I can do that for you ❤️

So this means the podcast updates will be all coming from my other account and this account will close down. Please head over and give me a follow if you don't already 🙏

What is your theme for 2022? Mine is to be ✨

Each year for last 7 or so years I have set a theme for the year ahead. A word or phrase that sums up my primary focus for the year. I may have taken me until the 9th January to decide but I knew that the Universe would provide me with the perfect answer, it always does!

2022 is my year to BE.

✨ To be present.
✨ To be kind.
and especially
✨ To be the type of person I am required to be to achieve my goals!

🤷🏼‍♀️ Who does my spirituality require me to be?
🤷🏼‍♀️ Who does my health and wellness require me to be?
🤷🏼‍♀️ Who does my family require me to be?
🤷🏼‍♀️ Who does my business require me to be?

💚 In 2022 I am going to create my healthiest, happiest and strongest self.
💚 In 2022 it is my goal to help at least 1000 people transform their health and wellness.
💚 In 2022 it is my goal to build my income to at least a quarter of a million dollars.
💚 In 2022 it is my goal to show up each day in my whole self and not to dim my light or shy away from my greatness for anyone.

I have massive goals in 2022. These goals don't just require me to set them and then take action. These goals require me to BE a completely different person. And I am excited to see not only my goals come to fruition but the person I have become at the end of this year.
