A tribute to Debbie ❤️

Earlier this year, on my group cruise in February, I had the honour of finally meeting a lovely lady named Debbie. After years of exchanging messages online, it was so nice to meet and to see her soaking up the cruise life she so loved.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Debbie’s recent passing. She was warm and full of spirit and I could tell immediately that she had a genuine passion for sharing her love of cruising.

My heart goes out to her husband and family during this time. I’m truly grateful I had the chance to meet her in person. Rest easy, Debbie, and thank you for the memories. 💙⚓️

Hello Everyone just an update with TWW's Services

I have a very busy next few weeks to even months ahead not only arranging Deb's Life Celebration gathering for her family and friends but i also have to sort / pack our existing rental property and find somewhere else that's more suited for me moving forward.

The tasks ahead.......Not going to be easy in the slightest and is going to take time, but i'm extremely lucky and grateful that have some amazing people that are helping me behind the scenes to make this as smooth as possible.

'business side' of life must continue sadly that is true and i do need to make some updates / changes!

For now all of our weather services are suspended until further notice including paid services

Patreon Membership services are suspended ( if you are a membership you won't be changed a monthly membership i will extend extend it to 2 months of free membership for the time we where out of service from June 10th 2025

Facebook Subscriptions - I have taken the link down but i don't have an option to suspend it so you are welcome to cancel it for now.

Our Website ( Funds will be put aside to continue to maintain it as me and Deb planned however no updates will be published.

Hopefully our next service update is coming to you with a reopening plan much sooner then i expected!

The world gave me Lauren Monday and me and her have some pretty big plans to make sure no one has to walk these hard times of losing a partner alone.

Updated:

The Fund rasing goal has now be revised upwards to $1,000! Let's do this!!!!!

Update From Lauren " have my km's for training set at 250km by mid September. I hope I smash that!"

I'm participating in the Women's 5km Walk/Run this year to raise funds for Cancer Council Tasmania, I would love your support!

I would rather be talking about the weather but today was all about Deb.

Thank you everyone who came down to support me do something no one should ever have to do 💔

Say goodbye to one of our own.

To most of you she's Deb but to me she was my wife, soulmate and best friend in the world.

To those who where lucky to have her as friend to say she will be missed is an understatement.

To all of Deb's friends I haven't forgotten about you not even in the slightest way.
Sadly there are more pressing issues I have to attend to that's not allowing me to give her the celebration she deserves in a timeframe that's been given.

Deb always put me frist and made sure I had the best of everything it's time I return a favour and why should I settle for second best??

I will continue to craft something truely special for all of her close friends to gather and celebrate how we knew Deb not in sadness but happiness ♥️

Hello everyone 🙂

Don't forget that at 2:25pm Monday 7 July 2025 we will be doing a Livestream for all of our Tasmanian Weather Watch community to come together to say one final thank you and farewell to Deb.

2:30pm is the time we have set for Deb to be cremated this marks one week since she passed away.

We have set a location to be at the Bluff beach Devonport so if anyone local wants to come and show their support would love to have you there.

Aim to be down around 2ish I'll be wearing my TWW shirt so shouldn't be hard to find ☺️

Make sure you bring a coffee, hot chocolate or fave beverage to say Cheers ☕

I Will find a nice location to do the live and make sure everything is working before our 2:25pm start and hopefully I can keep those rainy eye's away most importantly..

Deb has some pretty good weather for us particularly for this time of year !

If you miss the Livestream don't stress you will be able to watch it later.
