ROAD UPDATE 3:00PM MONDAY 9/6

Great Western Highway eastbound is reportedly at a standstill, banked up from Medlow Bath back beyond the recently opened Hartley upgrade.

Bells Line of Road is a similar story. We've just been advised by a local that it's taken 2 hours to get from Lithgow to Bilpin.

To the west of Lithgow live traffic is still advising of "Alpine Conditions" on the Highway near Yetholme.

Updated conditions are available at livetraffic.com

Current Lithgow temperature is 3.6 degrees, "feels like" 0.6 degrees.

Please be patient and continue to drive to the conditions.
