The Harlequin Fish (Othos dentex), aka Southern Coral Trout! One of the coolest looking fish in South Australia and they taste just as nice as they look 😍

However, they are a species that I am very reluctant to take nowadays due to their slow growth and inquisitive nature, as well as the fact that they do not move around much, making them vulnerable to overfishing!
