There's something beautifully full circle about this one. ✨

I'll be going B2B with my love and beardilicious KreliaS at the final ever Higher Ground on November 22 at The Croat - closing a chapter that's meant so much to Newcastle's creative community.

I closed out the very first Higher Ground - my first ever Newcastle licensed-venue gig - so to be part of the final edition feels special, like honouring a space that's helped shape so many of our stories here.

Higher Ground has always been more than an event - it's been a hub of expression, art, and connection that's carried through the since the COVID lockdowns ended. Countless local DJs have graced that doofed-out stage - finding their sound, their people, and their confidence in front of the Higher Ground crowd. It's been a launchpad, a sanctuary, and a celebration of everything raw and real about the Newcastle scene.

Higher Ground has always carried a love for supporting local artists and creatives - whether DJs, producers, performers, or visual artists. Supporting your local scene waters the earth of creative expansion and nurtures the people who give it life. Watching friends and familiar faces go from strength to strength, lighting up stages across this beautiful country, has been incredible to witness. Remember - the locals are your headliners. They bring it just as hard, if not harder, than the big touring names. Today's locals may very well be tomorrow's big artists.

Massive love to Jess for pouring so much of her heart, creativity, and years of doof and event wisdom into these parties - your touch has shaped something truly beautiful. And to Mitch, for bringing the audio that's the beating heart of the music we play on that stage - thank you for making it feel the way it does.

It was so much fun playing a set packed with lotsa rave energy with RPLAYG at Earth Frequency Festival on the weekend - a mix of drum and bass, jungle, footwork, breakcore and more. Love a good rave stab. 💥

Big love as well to Paul Abad and the EFF fam - what an absolutely beautiful festival. So well run, so much heart, and every little detail on point.

Flying up for just one night (26 hours total) was so worth it - had the best chats and met so many gorgeous humans. Karl and I felt so welcomed and finally got to meet a bunch of people we've been connected with online for ages.

Woodfordia is exquisite. Will definitely be going back. Just amazing. ✨

The final lineup for Deliverance 2025 is out, and it's less than a month away… holy s**t, I'm a huge BILLAIN fan. 🥹

I'm so grateful to have been invited to play at this special party. Huge love to Bru, Craig, and the Deliverance crew – what you've built for bass music, independent artists, and culture is next level.

Honoured to be part of this year's edition alongside so many deadset legends. 🫶

This will be my second last gig for 2025 before I have a little downtime. This year has been a really impactful one. Endlessly thankful.

Closing the lake stage on Sunday at Dragon Dreaming was an absolute privilege and honour. The energy on that dancefloor was electric, and I felt completely lifted and connected after such a beautiful weekend.

Thank you to everyone who danced, who connected, who were present and came on a journey with me - it meant everything.
Huge love to Cam Volkiene for trusting me with the Sunday sesh closing set, and to Dragon for having me back.
Special thank you to Ohcult and onefifteen for working on that epic Tool bootleg I opened with - it set the tone perfectly.
Big love to Ryze for the incredible visuals that brought it all to life.

Dropping Wings as my final track of the night is something I've wanted to do for years, and the joy and emotion in that moment was unforgettable.
My heart is so full - Dragon will always hold a piece of it. 🙏

Festival season is heating up! 🔥 I'm currently prepping for Dragon Dreaming Festival, Earth Frequency Festival and Deliverance Festival. 🥵

Super hyped for Earth Frequency Festival - a bucket list gig for me, first time playing at the festival, stepping into the Renegade Playground sesh for the EFF 20th Anniversary. Meeanjin-born chaos, underground rave energy - techno, jungle, gabber, mutant bass, donk, dnb - only the best obnoxious loud noises.

The Boom Box Stage + HEX Sound System will be getting obliterated (in the nicest possible way) by Crystal Distortion, Black Lung, nAM-sHUB of Enki, HallucinoJENic & Cardiac Arrest, Gabber-oke w/ Toecutter, SAMp3, Samedi Sound System, Haylo, Fingerz, Koya Donkz, Captain Cooked, Reegze, and myself.
