I’m Greg – your cinematographer and storyteller. I’ve always had a passion for visual storytelling. I started out making my own online videos, but after seeing my own wedding video I felt drawn to lend my talents to that field. My expertise lies in finding what makes each couple and wedding unique and creating a film that really captures that essence. My goal is not to just compile a bunch of pretty imagery, but to create a heartfelt story that stands the test of time – all the best stories do.
I am Karina,
I’m Karina – your photographer. My parents were kind enough to buy me a camera when I was fourteen and I’ve hardly put it down since! I started out just assisting Greg as second shooter, but we soon realised that I’d be put to better use as the resident photographer. I still get behind the video camera from time to time and I also help out with the editing. I’m a problem-solver and a perfectionist, and I’m very conscious of making our role in your wedding as seamless and invisible as possible so we can get the most natural shots and you don’t have to worry about anything!
We were married on a freezing cold day, in a small snowy town on the outskirts of Siberia where we both grew up. We met in high school – at a cinema! So it makes some strange cosmic sense that our lives together would involve us making films together.
Knowing each other so well not only makes it easier for us to work together, but also gives the couples we work with the benefit of one cohesive aesthetic for their wedding film and photos. More than that, we know how special a wedding day is, and how fast it goes by. We know how valuable it is to have that time capsule to return to; so much more than just a collection of images, but a personalised piece of art that perfectly encapsulates the unique energy of your big day.
