Call it science, call it health, call it just life.

Kolt covered his face in zinc today and we ended up talking about why we use it instead of sunscreen. Homeschooling = turning random moments into real learning.

$2452 a year.

That’s what bottled water adds up to for my family, and you’re still not just drinking ‘water.’

You’re drinking microplastics, chlorine, fluoride, and whatever leached out while those bottles sat in the sun on the back of a truck.

And here’s the kicker some Pilbara towns only have one supermarket.

What happens when the shelves are empty for a day, or even a week?

No bottled water = no backup plan.

Me? I turn on the tap, run it through my K8, and drink Pilbara water fresh.

Clean, stripped of nasties, no plastic taste, no guessing what’s in it.

No panic when Coles runs out.

No drinking a credit card’s worth of microplastics every week.

Just proper hydration that actually works.

Would you still buy bottled water if you knew how long it sat in plastic before you drank it?

I couldn’t want more for my daughter than to give her a life beyond her dreams, and I feel like we’re doing that.

She’s smart, cheeky, clever, and the kindest little human I know, the type who would give you the shirt off her back without a second thought.

Happy 6th birthday to my baby.

Can’t wait to see what the next 12 months bring for you 💛

Starting is always the hardest part.

Picking up that first weight, showing up when you don’t feel like it, deciding to just begin.

But the more you start, the easier it gets to keep going.

Progress doesn’t come from waiting for motivation, it comes from starting anyway.

Homeschooling in a caravan isn’t a Pinterest-perfect setup.

It’s messy, it’s emotional, and some days I wonder if I’m doing enough.

But every struggle comes with a win, a lightbulb moment, a laugh in the middle of a meltdown, a chance to show my kids that learning isn’t about perfection.

This is our reality. Raw, real, and worth it.

2nd to last morning waking up at the beautiful Lake Leschenaultia.

It has really felt like home for us, it is such a beautiful place.

Nervous and excited all at the same time for our next movements though.
