This month I’m walking 100 km for mental health with One Foot Forward 💚

I’ve been open about how much stress has been weighing me down lately, so this feels like the right challenge at the right time.

It’s not about the distance. It’s about showing up for myself, clearing my head, and reminding anyone who’s struggling that you don’t have to do it all at once.

One step, one kilometre, one day at a time.

I’ve been feeling so weighed down lately. Like everything I do is about keeping things running, not actually living.

Then I listened to a Mel Robbins podcast and she said adults forget to have fun. That one sentence stopped me.

Somewhere between motherhood, homeschooling, business, and the day-to-day, I forgot what fun even looks like.

So I’m making it a priority again. To laugh more, do things for me, and stop waiting for life to calm down before I enjoy it.
