You think this is risky?

Babe… let’s talk about what’s actually risky:

⚠️ Waking up every day dreading your life.
⚠️ Missing your child’s milestones because someone else controls your calendar.
⚠️ Waiting until retirement to finally live — and realising your body is already shutting down.
⚠️ Being stuck in burnout, pretending you’re “grateful.”
⚠️ Letting someone else decide how much you’re worth.

That’s the risk no one talks about.

And this?
This is a vehicle that gives you your power back.
This is about CHOICE.
This is about building emotional and financial safety in a system that was never built for you.

You can keep calling it risky —
or you can call it what it really is:

🔑 A turning point.
🔑 A lifeline.
🔑 A f*cking opportunity.

DM me “SAFETY” if you’re ready to stop gambling with your wellbeing and start creating a life that supports you back.

You saw the post.
You felt the pull.
You even opened the DM…

…and then you ghosted it.

But babe, you weren’t ghosting me.
You were ghosting yourself.

The version of you that actually believes she’s worthy of more.
The vision you keep saying you want — but feel too scared to claim.
The opportunity that makes your body say “yes,” but your ego scream “not yet.”

Every time you ghost your potential, you teach your nervous system to expect less.

Less joy.
Less money.
Less expansion.
Less you.

You’re not flaky.
You’re scared.
And you’re letting fear drive the car.

But here’s the thing:

You don’t need to be fearless.
You just need to be brave enough to lean in.
To ask the question.
To take the first step.

DM me “I’M DONE GHOSTING MYSELF” if you’re ready to stop avoiding your potential
and start choosing it.

I’ve got you.

Because what do you mean… if I never started this business, I would never have met my closest girlfriends and travelled with them to Japan?

That’s the thing no one tells you about saying yes, it’s not just about money. It’s about the people you meet, the memories you make, the freedom to say let’s go and actually go.

And here’s the best part → two girlfriends ( & ) in this space are running a free Masterclass on Sunday 14th, 6pm AEST 👯‍♀️

It’s for the woman who’s been sitting on the edge of her seat, whispering there has to be more than this.

Because what if your “yes” didn’t just change your work life…
But gave you friendships, freedom, and experiences you’ll never forget? 🌏✨

DM me “MASTERCLASS” and I’ll send you the link 💌

Babe, when did we start outsourcing our power?
When did we start believing that other people know us better than we know ourselves?

You create life.
You carry it.
You birth it.
You sustain it.
You juggle households, relationships, motherhood, careers, and dreams all at once.

And yet… you second guess yourself. You wait for permission. You ask for approval.

Here’s the truth: they don’t live your life. They don’t wake up in your body. They don’t carry your children, your emotions, your dreams.

So why are you asking them what’s best for you?

Your intuition is not just a whisper, it’s your superpower. Trust it. And if you’ve forgotten how? It’s time to remember.

So many of you are reaching out to me saying:
✨ “I’m burnt out.”
✨ “I want more time.”
✨ “I want a better future for me + my partner.”
✨ “I want to be more present with my kids.”

And I love that — because those are the exact reasons you should start.

But here’s the truth: too many of you are turning your reasons into excuses.
⏳ “I want more time” → “I don’t have time to start.”
💍 “I want a better future for us” → “my partner won’t let me.”
👩‍👧 “I want to be more present with my kids” → “I can’t start because of my kids.”

Babe — those aren’t excuses.
Those are the fuel for your fire.

You’re not stuck. You’re right on the edge of a completely different life. But only if you stop letting your reasons hold you back, and start letting them launch you forward.

So I’ll ask you this: are you going to keep letting excuses win? Or are you going to use your reasons to rise?

“I don’t have time.”

I get it. I used to say it too.
But here’s the uncomfortable truth no one wants to admit 🫣
We always make time for what matters most.

If Netflix, TikTok, and people-pleasing get your energy…
But your dreams get scraps?
That’s not a time issue.
That’s a choice issue.

The “perfect time” doesn’t exist.
But choosing differently? That can start today.

I’ll never forget the day we got my daughter’s diagnosis.

On one hand, there was relief.
Relief that I wasn’t failing as a mum.
Relief that the meltdowns, the struggles, the four years of no sleep, the endless exhaustion, the physical + mental fatigue weren’t all in my head. There was a reason. It was real.

But almost instantly, the relief turned into something else.
Fear.

Because a diagnosis doesn’t come with an off switch.
It doesn’t just go away.
There’s no quick fix.
It meant that for the rest of her life, I would need to hold more, advocate harder, research deeper.

And here’s the truth…
As a teacher, I had all the strategies in the world. I used them every day in the classroom.
But when it’s your child — your baby — no textbook prepares you for the emotional load.
You’re not just guiding. You’re triggered.
You’re not just teaching. You’re holding all of it.

I remember asking myself: can I really do this forever?
Because back then, my capacity was so small.
I’d pour into a classroom all day, then come home with nothing left to give my own kids.

And then it hit me like a punch in the chest:
What is my real role here?

To be a “good worker”?
To climb a career ladder that would never give me back the time or the energy I desperately needed for my own children?

Or… to be their mother.
To actually have the capacity to see them, advocate for them, fight for them, love them fully.

That was the day everything shifted.
Because I realised my role isn’t to give my best years away to a system.
My role is to give my best to them.

And building this life, this business it was never just about me.
It was about finally giving my kids the mum they deserve 🤍

I was you.
And the only thing I know for sure is… the longer you wait, the deeper that ache becomes.

You’re not broken.
You’re just stuck in a system that was never built for your power 🐦‍🔥

Maybe you’ve been walking around with a smile on your face…
But deep down, you feel like you’re slowly fading.
Living on autopilot.
Exhausted.
Numb.
Disconnected from the fire you know is still in you …

You’re tired of asking for permission
🚫 To take a coffee break.
🚫 To leave work early.
🚫 To finally build the life you actually want.

You know you weren’t born just to pay bills, live for the weekend, and call it a life.

You’re done with the guilt.
🚫 The burnout.
🚫 The invisible weight of carrying it all.
🚫 You don’t want to just “manage” anymore.

Because deep down, you know this:

You were built for more.
❤️‍🔥 More than a career that drains you.
❤️‍🔥 More than a system that shrinks you.
❤️‍🔥 More than a life that leaves you wondering, “Is this it?”

You’re a woman who’s ready to recode.
Recalibrate.
Integrate.
And RISE.

And you don’t want to do it alone.

🐦‍🔥 You want proximity.
🐦‍🔥 You want people in your corner.
🐦‍🔥 You want the village.
🐦‍🔥 You want to move, with others who are moving too.

This is your invitation.

💻 The 90-Day Recode Masterclass 🐦‍🔥
📅 Saturday, August 17
🕖 7PM AEST
🎟 FREE. Because this is bigger than business it’s about your becoming.

Come if you’re done waiting.
Come if you’re ready to remember who you are.
Come if you know the next season of your life starts now.

Comment “RECODE” to do something different to what you continue to do 😮‍💨
Let’s do this together 🫶🏼

It’s wild to me that the only time we start truly acknowledging the value of our educators…
is when they leave the classroom.
When they strike.
When they stop saying yes to burnout.

I remember the whispers in the staff room.
The pressure from leadership to “keep the peace.”
The guilt-tripping from parents about disruption.
The worry about what happens when we speak up.

But let me ask you this:
What happens when we don’t?

What happens when another teacher breaks?
When another nervous system crashes?
When the classroom absorbs yet another emotional collapse that no one talks about?

This isn’t just about pay.
This is about being asked to give more than you have day after day and being gaslit into thinking it’s just part of the job.

If you’re a teacher in QLD striking today, I stand with you.
And if you’re not in education but you feel this in your bones, this post is for you too.

✨ You’re allowed to say, “I deserve more.”
✨ You’re allowed to choose your wellbeing.
✨ You’re allowed to stop carrying systems that refuse to carry you back.

Because at the end of the day a burnt out educator can’t teach regulation, self-worth, or capacity if they’re not allowed to live it themselves.
