📺❗️ CHANGES TO CHANNEL 7 ON YOUR TV ❗️📺

Seven has upgraded their broadcast technology across Australia and on April 30th 2025 all channel 7 stations are now HIGH DEFINITION only.

What this means for you? 🧐

For most of our customers, it won't change how you watch. However if your TV is older than approximately 10 years, it may not have the capabilities to view HD channels. If this is the case for you, you may be able to still select the 7 channels on your remote, but a blank screen will appear, or in some cases an error code.

How can you fix this? 👷‍♂️

You can either:
- Purchase yourself a new TV
- Get yourself a HD Set top box from a local retailer, or come in and purchase one from us. 📼
And with both options Coastal Antenna can also come out on-site and help you setup your new device.

Ensuring that our customers are completely happy with the service that we provide is paramount to what we do. When we arrived on site we found there was no signal.
It was found that the previous tenant had taken the power supply unit and then upon further inspection our technicians noticed that the antenna had taken in water and this was causing other damage to the internal booster unit. We discussed the concerns and findings with the owner and their options. Once decided we installed a new system and had them watching their favourite shows in no time.
