The new look also pays quiet tribute to where it all began.

Rob launched his career at the legendary William Morris Agency in Los Angeles over 25 years ago. A student of Hollywood’s rep game, he built RWA on the same timeless values: discretion, loyalty, and long-term career vision.

“What do you look for when watching a performance?”

While I’m not an acting coach (and don’t claim to be), I approach performances through the lens of an agent/manager—and I’m usually asking myself a few key questions:
🔹 Do they have screen presence?
🔹 Am I genuinely engaged by the performance?
🔹 Does it feel truthful—or forced?
🔹 Is it marketable? Will casting, directors, producers, or an audience buy into it?

Whether it’s a film, TV show, stage performance, showreel, or self-tape—these are the things that make me take notice.
