Today is beer run day. A crate of this Central Vietnam favourite, "Huda" costs us 230,000VND which equates to a very affordable $0.50AUD per bottle.

Huda is a typical example of a full strength, light, refreshing Danish lager synonymous with Carlsberg. The Huda brand name stems from the partnership between Hue breweries and the Danish (DA) brewing giant, Carlsberg.

The regional brand holds around 8% of the Vietnam beer market share, making it the 4th largest selling beer in the country.
And yes, the empties are returned for sterilisation and refilling.

So cute, The Vietnamese kids are so funny. I love how they use this little gesture to show love. It represents a heart shape. At first I didn't know what it meant, so if someone does this sign, it's a friendly loving gesture. Such a welcoming society, so respect them and embrace their culture, leave your negativity and crap at home. If you are in Quy Nhon, say hi to this lovely lady Hong Diem at 69 Pub and also go say hi to our friend Docker at the The Quy Nhơn Sports Bar, especially on a Sunday night (It's Roast night) just in case you are missing some comfort food. Quy Nhon - definitely a must see on your Vietnam Holiday.
