By God’s Grace, Today 😊
There was a time in my life when buying a new phone felt like an impossible dream. I remember holding onto my old, sluggish device, its screen slightly cracked, its battery barely lasting a few hours. It would freeze at the worst moments, making even simple tasks frustrating. But I had no choice—I had to make do with what I had.
I told myself it didn’t matter. A phone was just a tool, and as long as it worked, I could manage. But deep down, I wished I could afford something better. Not for vanity, but for convenience. For efficiency. For the simple joy of having something that didn’t struggle to keep up with me.
Back then, money was tight. My priorities were set on more important things—bills, responsibilities, and my school. I knew I had to be patient. I prayed, worked hard, and trusted that someday, things would get better. I reminded myself that God’s timing was perfect, even when I couldn’t see it yet.
And then, slowly but surely, things started to change. Doors I never expected to open began to unlock. Opportunities came my way, little blessings adding up over time. My efforts started to bear fruit, and before I knew it, I was in a much better place.
One day, I walked into a store and realized something incredible—I could finally afford the phone I once thought was beyond my reach. The same person who had settled for an old, barely functioning device was now able to buy something brand new, not out of extravagance, but because God had provided.
As I held that new phone in my hands, I couldn’t help but smile. It wasn’t just about the upgrade—it was about how far I had come. It was proof that faith, patience, and perseverance could turn "maybe someday" into "by God's grace, today."
And with that, I walked forward, knowing this was just the beginning. If God could make this possible, then even greater things were ahead.
