Glimpse of our second forthcoming title. I don't think it will take long to guess this one...

On board is an illuminating new interview with the director, an audio commentary by film critic Adrian Martin, new video and written essays from Zach Closs and The Fanatical Dragon respectively, new English subtitles by Dylan Cheung, plus additional bonus.

We are also releasing a version with the never-before-pressed CD soundtrack!

More revealed soon, and just to confirm: this title will be available to pre-order along with '008' - A Hero Never Dies.

Apologies for the radio silence, we are working hard so we can announce our next TWO titles.

The first you already know, the next is almost ready to reveal. We will open pre-orders for both titles simultaneously, with a gap, as short as possible, between the replication dates.

Johnnie To came late to the blood-splattered hero film which ignited a golden age of Hong Kong cinema in the 1980s, but he gave us one of the genre's most exuberant and unrestrained achievements. A HERO NEVER DIES is coming soon on Blu-ray in a digitally restored presentation with newly translated English subtitles and packed with extras.

Two more cleaned-up images from our next release. These are single frame blemishes and the contrast makes them fairly easy to spot. The only problem is there are 141,019 frames to work through! Now... is there a familiar face here?

Another pair of restored frames from our next Blu-ray release. Hairline doodle and faint scratches removed from these images, which might offer sliiightly more clues than the last pairing (to someone with a photo memory and/or astonishing familiarity with the movie)?

We have been digitally cleaning up our next release for quite some time now! Scene-by-scene, frame-by-frame, the process is extremely time consuming. Here are 2 examples of fixes we have made; these are quite typical of the 'light' and marks found in the master. Any idea what the movie might be?

Dear friends, I’m sorry to announce that we will be increasing the price of our releases after this weekend 😢

Recent events aside, production and manufacturing costs have increased since our launch. Shipping charges too, which we have done our best to absorb. It’s sadly unsustainable.

We are committed to releasing lovingly produced premium editions of our titles without compromising on quality and inclusion of special features.

We just need to make sure we can keep doing so in a viable and healthy way.

Keep an eye out for sales (we will have at least two per year) and other generous discounts of our range ✌️
