After four consecutive years of sold-out chaos, Melbourne Dethfest is officially set to return in 2026—armed with more heaviness, more fury, and more mayhem. The festival has firmly established itself as Australia’s premier celebration of extreme music, and next year will raise the stakes once again!

US Melotech Gods ALLEGAEON will headline the 2026 edition of Melbourne Dethfest at The Corner Hotel in Richmond on Sunday March 8th 2026

The two stage fest of internationally renowned proportions will once again host this all day ode to extreme heavy metal with local support brought to you by Disentomb, Abramelin, Golgothan Remains, Hybrid Nightmares, Anoxia (NSW), Carcinoid & Voidfall

Now, the countdown begins for Melbourne Dethfest 2026, promising another day of unrelenting extreme metal mayhem. Expect two stages, eight hours of crushing sounds, and a meticulously curated lineup that spans the darkest corners of death metal, black metal, grind, and beyond.

But be warned: history tells us these tickets will sell out before doors open—so if you like it loud, filthy, and uncompromising, don’t sleep on this.
