Our Autumn trip to Bendigo. Finally, able to come back to this place and got a good weather to explore the beauty of this place even it's only for a day. Looking for more trips in the future.

May the joy and blessings of Christmas be with us all! Merry Christmas from the Chua Family! 💓

“Words written by my husband:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Hayley asked me to write something about her postpartum body.⁣⁣ I figured it’d be easy but then I started thinking- what’s there to write about?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Sure, things look and feel slightly different-but in the grand scheme of things, nothing changed.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The reasons I fell in love with her had nothing to do with any of the body parts affected by her postpartum.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
She still has the same beautiful smile, determined mind, banging body, and strong work ethic as the girl I fell for over 15 years ago.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
She still has the same sense of humor.⁣⁣
She still smells great and tastes great too.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Her postpartum body does look and feel slightly different, but why should that be a factor in MY life at all?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The soft, pillowy skin around her belly held my three best friends for 18 months.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The marks show the strength it took to carry the weight of two beautiful girls that will be raised by this bad ass mom.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Nothing has changed or altered my love for my wife.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I get praised for being “a great husband”, but that’s nonsense.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I’m literally doing the bare minimum by loving my wife for who she is, “imperfections” and all.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Imperfections make the world fun!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
If everything was Barbie doll perfect, wouldn’t we get bored?⁣⁣
How else would we show what life has put us through?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So whether it’s regrettable tattoos, scars, surgeries, facial hair, or a postpartum tummy, honestly….who gives a sh*t?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Be good to each other.⁣⁣
Learn from mistakes- yours and others.⁣⁣
Help those in need and let’s stop dwelling on who looks like what.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
My wife isn’t perfect and that’s what makes me love her.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
That’s why you are all reading this.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
IF she was perfect, not a one of you would be able to relate to her.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And to the husbands out there that don’t do their fair share of diaper duty, cooking, cleaning and telling your wife how beautiful she is—step up your game bro.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
You’re a team.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
So yeah, I was supposed to write about a belly, but honestly it affects me so little that I rambled about everything else.⁣”

"Sweet mama⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Walking carefully around your home because you’re sore in all the places. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Changing your bra for the upteenth time because your milk has soaked it through. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Grabbing that ni**le balm 100x a day because you’ve been feeding your sweet baby. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Rocking those postpartum un**es and maxi pads like there’s no tomorrow. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Crawling out of bed, exhausted, grabbing your crying baby from their crib to feed in the middle of the night. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Cheering and fist pumping because you’ve successfully used the restroom.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Refusing to nap because there are just so many things you “have to get done.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I see you. Diaper changing, pumping, cleaning, holding, snuggling, nursing, loving, crying, praying safety and protection over your sweet new little. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But mostly... I hope you see yourself. You, beautiful you; who carried that baby until you stretched and popped in places you didn’t have before. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You birthed that beautiful baby in the way that your body needed and you came out changed, untethered, and stronger than ever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So tired mama, you’ve got this. I’m cheering for you. That little babe is lucky to have you as their mama. Don’t forget it."⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

′′NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, SEE YOU AT HOME.′′

A lot of people think that living as a couple is always peachy, but this is the real reality.

Living with the person you love is not what everyone thinks it is. You don’t wake up early in the morning for breakfast together in bed every morning. It's not snuggling in bed together until you sleep peacefully every night. It's not always having the house clean and food freshly made every day.

Living with the person you love is arguing for simple things, like who forgot to take out the trash, it's sleeping because the day has been hard and you're exhausted, it's arguing over financial issues, it's someone who takes your bedsheets away when you sleep and you wake up in the cold.

But despite everything, every day you expect to see that person eagerly or go home everyday to meet that same person you know loves you and cares about you. You laugh together the moment you do something funny, it's intimacy with each other, it's cooking dinner together as you talk and making it easier because you both had a complicated day.

It's living an emotional crisis and having someone who sits next to you, hugs you and tells you that everything will be fine and you believe it.

It's loving that same person even when it drives you freaking crazy and pulls you out of your box.

Living with the person you love is arguing for silly things constantly, but it's also having a love that many people spend their lives looking for. It’s the times that people try to break you up, but the love was stronger. It's not perfect and it's very difficult to keep it balanced every day, but it's wonderful and the best you can experience, because if it were easy it wouldn't be worth it.

That's why every day you think...”NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS SEE YOU AT HOME.” ❤️

It's been a tough period for everyone especially to us who are still in lockdown - for 6 months and counting!

This is really taking a toll on us and getting our restrictions ease slowly is hope for us that we're about to reach the light of the tunnel!

So we're sharing how we cope up in this chaos with this vlog where we share our weekend walk to destress and have a breath of fresh air.

Of course, with the proper social distancing and use of face mask to protect ourselves.
