Woke up early at 4:30AM to drive to the top of Mt. Buffalo to witness one of the last sunrises of 2023.
And we were not disappointed with the beauty of God’s creation.

There are times at work that I just want to say “I quit”. But there’s that fear inside me that stops me from giving up and still enduring. What with all the bills and expenses that need to be paid, I’m afraid of losing my job.
Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy working as a chef. It’s just that sometimes, when the pressure gets too much, I get to thinking, what if I do something else instead of working myself to the bones? But if I do something else, I might not just be happy too.
And then this opportunity came, and it is a solution that I have never thought of before. It offered me the opportunity to work towards being my own boss.
