Brothers

Brothers Brothers is the musical collaboration of Samuel and Seth Nolan. But just in case they can’t, Mum's number is 0447 576 854.

Brothers is the musical collaboration of Samuel and Seth Nolan, two brothers who are often found in their lounge smashing out a smooth blend of unadulterated progressive techno with tech-house style swings and grooves, with the occasional four hour set of Grandpa's honky tonk record collection until someone calls Mum. These two have been musical partners in crime on many a living room dance floor

since birth, and have spent the last 20 something years together exploring what life has to offer, which has culminated in this uniquely engaging blood born DJ duo. Regardless of what happens when they're in control of the decks you’ll be well entertained both musically and visually, and the pair are now quite confident that they can get through an entire set without getting into another punch on.

Hi everyone! Tomorrow night Seth and I are thrilled to be performing at Tjum Tjumba's release party for our next EP! This marks a really special milestone for us—our second EP, following the first which was led by the legendary Uncle Larry Walsh.

Aboriginal Techno is a sound we’ve been shaping together with ChunKy blending our own style with some incredible collaborations along the way. A huge thank you to Fred Leone for infusing your powerful voice in Connections, working with you musically and culturally on this track has been propa deadly!

To everyone joining us tomorrow, thank you for your support. We can’t wait to share the tracks with you, dance together, and connect through music!

This Saturday night! 🔊👬

Tjum Tjumba expands the catalogue and heads to QQQ St. Park to celebrate the debut EP from Brothers — a three-track release that blends ambient sounds of Country, organic percussion and electronic textures.

Formed by Gunditjmara siblings Samuel and Seth Nolan, Brothers is a project grounded in spirit, culture and community. Their self-titled EP begins that story: Connections, featuring the voice of Butchulla Songman Fred Leone, is a meeting place of past and future where brooding basslines and melodic builds echo connection to Country and spirit. Kalngeen (meaning “fun” in Gunditjmara language) captures the feeling of moving through Country, where birdsong and bush sounds stir rhythm into being. Reflections gently weaves organic and electronic elements into a flowing cycle that embodies the balance between stillness and motion.

It’s a body of work that carries culture, tells story, and invites listeners into a shared space of movement and reflection.

Full lineup TBC.

As always, free entry for First Nations. Flick us an email: [email protected]

QQQ ST. Park is accredited by Equal Access and is a fully wheelchair accessible venue.
