A lot of people try to hide their pain.
They’ll numb it, ignore it or pretend it never happened.
That’s a mistake.
The pain we’ve been through isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s proof of what we’ve survived and what we’re capable of carrying.
Every setback, every loss, every season where life knocked you down, has shaped you into who you are today.
It built depth.
Perspective.
Grit.
These things aren’t taught in school.
But here’s the reality.
The people who make the biggest impact aren’t the ones that got everything given to them.
They’re the ones who refused to let their hardest moments break them.
Your pain gave you empathy, gave you resilience and gave you a story that can impact so many people.
And when we stop seeing your past as something that happened to you and start using it as something that happened for you; everything changes!
You stop playing small.
You stop hiding.
You stop doubting yourself.
Don’t waste what you went through trying to act like you have your s**t together.
Use it.
Speak from it.
The same experiences where you thought there was nothing left in life or there was no way out can become the very reason someone trusts you, follows you or finally believes change is possible.
Pain isn’t the end of your story.
It’s only the beginning.
It’s the proof we’re built for more.
