There’s something special about seeing the legacy QF94 call sign in Melbourne.

Arriving from Los Angeles, this iconic Qantas A380 brought a real wave of nostalgia, especially with VH-OQI still proudly wearing the classic Qantas livery from the early 2010s. As the last A380 in the fleet to retain this scheme.

Fresh back from Dresden, Germany, following an incredible 18.5-hour nonstop ferry flight to Sydney, it’s fantastic to see this beautiful aircraft back where it belongs, operating regular passenger services once again.

Who else hopes this classic livery sticks around for a little while longer?

G’day everyone,

🎉 LIVESTREAMS BEGIN MAY 2026 🥳

It’s been awhile and I thought I would share an update. Life has been busy, I’ve changed my career path which has given me more free time and with that time I want to dedicate it again to my passion of aviation videography!

I have plans to introduce 4k streaming at Melbourne Airport and have a much smoother experience for viewers, with better graphics, less tech issues, better audio and with the help of Matt from have the ability to stream from better, closer up locations around the fence line rather then staying at the same location.

Hope to see you all joining us once again at Melbourne for many more mornings, evenings and even some nights watching the planes do their thing and having a laugh inbetween!
