Family. Tradition. 27 years of doing things the way they’ve always been done.

Since 1998, has been baking products that people can trust and enjoy every day. What started in a small Melbourne kitchen, built on traditional family recipes passed down through generations, has grown into a brand embraced by families, retailers and communities right across Australia.

The philosophy has never changed. Use quality ingredients. Uphold high standards. Create food that tastes as good as it looks.

And the details tell that story better than anything. After nearly three decades, they’re still squeezing their own orange juice. Still crafting every biscuit, every bread, every seasonal favourite with the same care and consistency they started with.

Their tsourekia have become a staple in Greek households across the country, an Easter tradition that families come back to year after year. Growing with the times but never losing their roots.

Recently I the privilege of spending time with the family behind it all, hearing how it started, what keeps them going, and getting a taste of what they do best.

Melisses have just wrapped one of the most remarkable tours we’ve seen from a Greek act, taking their music across America, Canada, and right through Australia, selling out shows in Darwin, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

Thousands of people, night after night, turning out to hear not just their own hits but moments like Land Down Under that had entire rooms losing their minds.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making this tour happen. and you were incredible!

Christos Mastoras pays tribute to Pantelis Pantelidis, an artist whose songs became the soundtrack of a generation and whose legacy continues to live through every lyric, every memory, and every crowd that still sings along.

Pantelis left us far too soon, but the emotion he poured into his music remains timeless. Moments like this remind us that great artists never truly leave; they live on through the people they inspired and the songs that continue to bring us together.
