❄️Early mornings on set ❄️
Getting to see so many interesting locations around the world is one of the best perks of my job. Our interviewee on Monday lives in an old, preserved railway station at Bealiba (bee-ah-lib-ah) on the Maryborough to Mildura (Yelta) line that she and her husband restored. It was also fun to explore the area where my dad, grandpa and great grandpa were all born. If you’re ever in the area go to the for brekkie or lunch. We went there for both - yum! And stop by and visit the station too. It’s the only one of its kind left on that line and is open for visitors.

Science Week wrap up - we had lots of fun this week showing the children at Nido Early School Seaford some exciting science experiments. The toddlers used pipettes of vinegar to reveal coloured bubbles in bicarb soda, while the older children learnt how dishwashing liquid cleans grease off dirty dishes and why it’s important to use soap when we wash our hands. The children were all so engaged and we all had such a blast. Thanks for having us Nido!

Officially just finished my science degree. With a presentation about working in the TV industry. 😂 So many amazing memories, people, experiences, lessons, labs and fun times. I’ve learnt so much to help me in my job as a health and science video producer, not to mention all the great dinner party conversation starters! ~ Corinne👩‍🎓👩🏼‍🔬🔬🦠🧬🧪

Throwback to working on the tv show Rush. This was definitely one of my favourite jobs ever with lots of action, car chases, explosions and stunts. This scene was shot on a rooftop in East Melbourne and involved the tactical response team trying to stop a teenager from jumping to her death. Josh abseils down the building while Lawson and Grace try to talk her down. I won’t give away the ending! You can watch on TenPlay. It’s season 1, episode 2. ~ Corinne

A moment in time - Corinne celebrated her birthday this year on set during the COVID-19 pandemic while 26 weeks pregnant. Let’s all keep moving forward as the lockdown here in Melbourne eases.

Nearly 10 years since Corinne stepped up from the role of 2nd AC, but in COVID times with reduced crew, it’s good to know she can still find the frame to clap the sticks before running to the director’s monitor. 🎬 Here’s hoping for more good news this Sunday about further easing of restrictions so we can all get back to work (and life!).
