Your message for today - Play! The message on the card reads ‘Have fun. Celebrate. Don’t be so serious.” Finding enjoyment in every day life sounds like such a simple thing that doesn’t even need to be spoken about, but you know what? Many of us forget to have fun and find joy even in the mundane!

✨✨✨

While we’re busy rushing around with to-do lists, carrying the mental load of not just ourselves, but our families too, we can often find ourselves worrying, feeling depleted and not knowing how to pull ourselves out of a slump. Even those of us on a spiritual path can often feel as though there’s a huge responsibility that weighs on us, to stand within the light and be a shining beacon for those around us. The most important thing that you need to remember though, is to have fun!

✨✨✨

Seriously, if you’re not having fun, then what are you doing? I’m not saying that there’s no time for seriousness or to be responsible – what I’m sharing with you today is that no matter what, you can find joy and fun in little things every day. Share a laugh with someone, look at the lighter side of a situation and take your joy where you can. Put on your favourite song and sing out loud, or dance around the house. Play can bring a lightness to the heart that is highly underrated as a method of healing.

So tell me, have you played recently? This week, remember to have some fun even in the midst of work, grocery shopping, all those everyday things. There’s no need to wait for an opportunity – make every moment an opportunity for celebration!

These workshops are perfect for anyone from absolute beginners, to those who have already tapped into their intuition but might like a structured way of learning some really essential skills when further developing your intuition and psychic skills.

Each class runs in person for 2 hours on a Tuesday evening from 7:15pm to 9:15pm. We start with an introduction workshop so you can come and suss out whether this is for you. From there we start delving into individual topics each week from protection, to understanding and opening up our psychic channels through to working with tools such as pendulums, scrying, tea leaf reading and working with oracle cards.

Have you got your shields up? Energetic protection should be done everyday as part of your regular routine. For those who are sensitive to energies, or those who identify as empaths, you know how much of a toll other people’s energies can have on you.

Feeling drained by too many people around you? Shields can help! Been getting really anxious without knowing why? You might be picking up on someone else’s anxiety. Shields can help with that too.

Your energetic protection can help you from inadvertently taking on the energies around you and confusing them as your own. You want to be able to observe, not absorb!!

There are many different ways of building shields, but you can start really simple. You’ll be building psychic muscles the more you work with shielding, and over time will be able to create some pretty complex, badass layered shields!

The reason I advise working with your shields everyday, is that because you can build them up to become second nature. You don’t just want to throw up a shield when the proverbial s**t hits the fan. You already want established shields by that point so you don’t take the brunt of whatever is happening around you.

I’d love you to join me! Now… onto building a simple shield if you’ve never done it before.

It all starts with visualisation. Begin with closing your eyes, taking some deep breaths to calm and centre yourself. You then want to start imagining yourself within a glowing purple pyramid. It’s just big enough to fit you inside. So imagine the base is flat beneath your feet, and the point comes to just over your head. Make sure you’ve visualised that all sides are enclosing you and keeping you safe - front, back, sides. That glowing purple colour is a really high vibrational frequency and with your intent, it keeps out all negative or unwanted energy.

Level 1 covers all the foundational skills you need, as well as introducing you to the different tools you can use to help bring through guidance and messages from spirit.
