Even though I don't design shoes anymore, I'm still mildly obsessed with them. This is a watercolour of one of my favourite pairs (right) next to the pair that started it all. It's not finished yet. Does anyone remember (or own) a pair of these boots from the 7 Deadly Sins range? I have all except the black ones because I have mine to a friend after they sold out.

Pic is an actual photo of the actual eggs. If I was sharing, I would have piped them with a star piping tip but who can be bothered when you're about to eat twelve of them!

I dressed in bling to go to a drag bingo night last Friday and I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't cope with the mega heels any more after working from home for so many years. I used to wear them EVERY DAY! Do you reckon I could work up to it and get match-fit again or are my years of wearing massive heels over? Has anyone ever come back from a period in flats and been able to do it again? For me, it's the basketballer knees that are stopping me.
Regardless, I still have all the sexiest shoes on display in my "studio" (I am so posh I have a studio now - la di da!😆). I will paint, design and make my clothes and write novels in there once I finish the reno. Staring at my shoes all day will inspire me. This video was taken while I was packing up to move here, which is why there are boxes everywhere.

This is the view from my roof, which is pretty spectacular but right now it's the only thing I have to console myself with, since the reason I went up there was to install the starlink satellite and that was not a success. They sent me the wrong one. Now I'm thinking about what shoes I'll wear tonight. I need to get out of my workman clothes and put on something sparkly. I hope you're having a more fulfilling day!

Indulge your inner child. Yesterday I went to deliver a painting of a watercolour fish someone bought from me. On the way home I saw cows and nearly drove past. Then I thought, I can stop and take pictures of cows if I want. There are no laws! So I did and this one came over for a head scratch and told me about its friend over there. A delivery guy had to wait for me cos I blocked the road. He had a good laugh about the cow lady.
