Down below are instructions and ingredients for keto matcha green tea cheesecake recipe.
✨ingredients for crust
1 cup of almond meal
1 egg yolk
4 tbsp of erithyritol sweetener
60 g. of melted butter
1 tsp of vanilla essence
1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of pink salt
bake at 180 C degrees for 20 minutes.
✨ingredients for green tea cream cheese filling
250 g. cream cheese
1/2 cup of erithyritol sweetener
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp of gelatin powder
1/4 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of thickened cream
1/2 cup of sour cream
1 tsp of vanilla essence
2 tbsp of green tea powder
2 tbsp of olive oil
✨ingredients for green tea sticky sauce
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of erithyritol sweetener
2 tsp of xanthum gum
1 tbsp of green tea powder

some lemon zest
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of pink salt
1 cup of thickened cream
✨ blueberry gel topping
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of erithyritol sweetener
1 tsp of gelatin powder
1 tsp of Agar agar powder
